I mean other IP Android phones, customers won't show up on craxs. My port and IP Settings are correct, and only craxs Android phones under the same IP will show up as customers.

For example: craxs port 7771, host IP: 123.123.123.1 Android IP: 123.123.123.2,craxs will display the customer, if Android IP: 456.456.456.1,craxs will not display the customer, what is the problem?
