The game mainly consists in exploring the dreamy surroundings of these psychedelic and minimalistic worlds. Dreamcore Retro is a surrealist first-person walking simulator game about dreams, featuring * trippy, psychedelic visuals * intense music * platforms * and last but not least, an overarching feeling of NEVER knowing what to expect. Immerse yourself in a dreamy and psychedelic world through low poly enviroments and liminal spaces. It explores the idea of a mind losing its grasp with reality, as reality turns into a dream. Often it resembles an acid trip, or an interactive fever dream. A Retro game influenced by the DREAMCORE Aesthetic with a PSX feel. Combining a Walking Simulator with Platforms, and trippy music, be prepared to confront your deepest thoughts in this mental challenge between dreams and reality where nothing is what it seems. A TOTAL experience.
