1. What “Monthly CLS → Weekly CLS Model 1” Means

  • Monthly CLS (Central Liquidity System)
Defines the macro bias and the main draw on liquidity (where price wants to go over weeks/months).
  • Weekly CLS Model 1 (nested)
Is the execution framework inside that monthly bias.
It tells you how price should move week-to-week to fulfill the monthly objective.
👉 In short:
Monthly = Direction & Destination
Weekly = Path & Timing

2. Monthly CLS Structure (Top-Down Bias)

On EURUSD, Monthly CLS typically identifies:

  • Monthly External Range (high ↔ low)
  • Monthly EQ / Midline
  • Monthly Liquidity Pools
    • Above highs (Buy-side liquidity)
    • Below lows (Sell-side liquidity)

Monthly CLS Bias Rules

  • Above Monthly EQ → Bullish environment
  • Below Monthly EQ → Bearish environment
  • Price seeks opposing liquidity before continuation
This monthly bias must NOT be violated for the weekly model to remain valid.

3. Weekly CLS Model 1 (Nested Execution Model)

Weekly CLS Model 1 = Continuation Model

It assumes:

  • Monthly bias is already established
  • Weekly price action is continuing, not reversing

Weekly CLS Model 1 Sequence

  1. Weekly Liquidity Grab
    • Sweep previous week high or low
    • Often occurs early in the week (Mon–Tue)
  2. Weekly Displacement
    • Strong impulsive move aligned with Monthly bias
    • Breaks weekly internal structure
  3. Weekly Retracement
    • Pullback into:
      • Weekly Fair Value Gap (FVG)
      • Weekly Order Block
      • Weekly EQ discount/premium zone
  4. Continuation Toward Monthly Target
    • Expansion toward:
      • Monthly liquidity pool
      • Monthly imbalance
      • Monthly range high/low

4. Bullish Example (EURUSD)

Monthly CLS

  • Price above Monthly EQ
  • Monthly sell-side liquidity already taken
  • Target = Monthly buy-side liquidity above highs
Weekly CLS Model 1

  • Week opens → sweeps prior weekly low
  • Strong bullish displacement
  • Weekly pullback into discount
  • Expansion upward toward monthly highs
➡️ Weekly trades are LONG-only

5. Bearish Example (EURUSD)

Monthly CLS

  • Price below Monthly EQ
  • Monthly buy-side liquidity taken
  • Target = Monthly sell-side liquidity below lows
Weekly CLS Model 1

  • Week opens → sweeps prior weekly high
  • Strong bearish displacement
  • Pullback into premium
  • Expansion downward toward monthly lows
➡️ Weekly trades are SHORT-only

6. Invalidations (Very Important)

Weekly CLS Model 1 is invalid if:

❌ Weekly displacement goes against Monthly bias
❌ Monthly EQ is reclaimed in opposite direction
❌ Monthly external liquidity target is already fully delivered

When invalid → switch to Weekly CLS Model 2 (Reversal model) instead.

7. How to Trade It (Practical Workflow)

  1. Start Monthly
    • Identify Monthly EQ
    • Mark Monthly liquidity targets
  2. Drop to Weekly
    • Confirm liquidity grab
    • Wait for displacement
    • Trade retracement in direction of Monthly CLS
  3. Execute on Daily / H4
    • Entry inside Weekly discount/premium
    • Stop beyond weekly swing
    • Target = Monthly draw

8. One-Sentence Summary

EURUSD Weekly CLS Model 1 nested in Monthly CLS means trading weekly continuation setups that deliver price toward a higher-timeframe monthly liquidity objective, without violating monthly structure.
