to Settings.

STEP 2 - Click on Advanced on bottom and then Click on Open Proxy settings.

STEP 3 - Go to Security tab, select Restricted sites then click Sites.

STEP 4 - If the website you want to access it on the list, you can select it and click Remove. Then click OK then Restart Google Chrome.

If this method didn't work for you, then you can use VPN.
